RIDING AND PONY CARE ROLES
EXMOOR PONY CENTRE, TA22 9QE
We have TWO PART TIME roles available.
Applications close Monday 17th June 2024 at 5pm
Role 1: Riding and exercising Exmoor ponies, flexible hours mon-fri, with one full day alternate Saturdays, up to 20 hrs pw. (Weight/ height limit applies due to size of Exmoor ponies)

Role 2: Yard and care tasks, fours days per week, mornings, with one full day alternate Saturdays. Average 18 hours pw.
​
The roles can be combined for those wanting a full time position.
Rate of pay: above minimum wage.
Permanent contracts available. Seasonal considered.
Extra hours available during busy periods; delivering sessions to visitors and novice riders.
Both roles will be required to:

Work alongside staff and volunteers to promote the rare-breed Exmoor pony

Use initiative and take responsibility of pony care and welfare

Assist with holiday activities and special events where necessary

When needed welcoming customers/visitors and where necessary assisting in the retail shop

Own transport essential
